Quality Craftsmanship

All our products are made to order unless otherwise stated in the item description. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be made and then additional time for postage.

Delivery within Australia is generally 3-6 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery during busy periods such as Christmas.
All orders are shipped through Australia post – we cannot accept responsibility for postage delays.
Please note that although Express Shipping is an option to select at checkout, this does not guarantee next day delivery. Australia Post have certain postcodes that they will deliver to next day, please see the link below prior to selecting Express Shipping to see if your postcode is eligible.

RainyDaize Designs does not accept liability for loss or damage to parcels once shipped.

We ship to anywhere within Australia.
For shipping to other countries please contact us for a shipping quote.

Local Pickup

Please select this option if you would like to pick up locally in Griffin. The pickup address and instructions will be sent to you after your order is paid.

Return Policy

Under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if:

The item purchased is not as described or not fit for purpose

  • The item is faulty
  • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, or if you just don’t like it. However, we may offer an exchange in this situation.

The nature of handmade

Everything we sell is handmade. Unlike factory-made products, this means that there is some variation between one item and the next.

For example:

- Due to hand-measurement, sizes may vary slightly from those shown.
- Some variation in construction, finishing, and design is normal.
Hand dyed items may fade or change colour over time. This is a normal part of the life cycle of the garment.
Direct replacements are not possible for one-of-a-kind items, and may not be available for small-batch products.

How to claim a refund or exchange

To start with, please get in touch with us by email to discuss. We will do our best to remedy the situation, which may include:

- Alteration or mending of the item you purchased
- Replacement of the item with another like it
- Exchange for other products of similar value
- A partial or full refund
If the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose: you pay to return the item, I pay for any costs associated with remedying the situation and sending the result back to you.

If you changed your mind: you pay shipping both ways, and any other costs. Note: items must be in as-purchased condition.
